To obtain high quality and standarts we have used 3D Laser scanning, Plasma Treatment, conducted some structural and irradiance analyzes.
In this section, I will show the method of quality checks and technology we have used in Battery Pack.

Our aim was to achieve 200 microns of tolerances in the battery pack. This is an Image of our Battery pack 3d laser scanning.

We have seen the low points and high points in holder designs and made some changes according to the scanning results.
