IV. Thermal Routing

Cell-based liquid Heating and Cooling system, Thermally good conductive Interface materials and Thermal Routing are described here.

Our every module has it’s own Cooling plate so-called Ribbon. These Aluminium cooling plates are covered with special bands to isolate from electrical short circuits and block thermal bleeding.

Hundred of Lithium-ion cells are touching these metal cooling plates with specially manufacturer thermal interface material. These materials are increasing the contact area and emitting the air gaps between cells to the cooling plate. This is crucial if your product will be used in an environment reaching 45° ambient temperatures.

Electrically isolating and heat durable mica shields are also used.


Ceramic shield durable to +1200°c for 30 minutes is used to protect the passengers from Battery fire.
